The baby is coming soon… due in three days. If he came by UPS, I’d have the notice by now for time of delivery and the travel sequence, like a stork dashing the sky.
Our small home will fill with baby.
Now we’re enjoying the calm ahead of the storm.
It’ll be a happy storm… I hope.
Mom has complained very little for how large her belly has grown. No swelling, not even abnormal shapes. Things are well.
The car seat is docked in the truck, a bassinet sits at the end of our bed on baby’s dresser.
No plastic of baby things in the house… I’d like to keep it that way. As Mom told me, in France, an American baby-fied house resembles a psyche ward.
Let’s not go crazy.
